Update on Dacoda

If you are new to our blog and have not had the chance to see pictures of this beauty yet, allow me to introduce you to Dacoda.  She is from Denver and is the youngest model that we represent.  We usually don't represent models until they are around 14, but with Dacoda we had to sign her immediately.  She did a test shoot with Dolls Model Management, and these are some of the images from it. We are waiting and working on developing her as a model until she is old enough to work in New York, and a few other of the high fashion markets.  In the meantime she booked this awesome shoot for Wildfox.  We are expecting great things from Dacoda and are looking forward to being a part of her career.

Update on Eden

Take a look at these pictures we recently received of Eden Weinhardt. Can you believe how amazing they are, because we are still in awe of them and her! Its no wonder agencies around the world are clamoring for her. She is from Iowa, or as Stacey Eastman (Pulse Management President) likes to say "the cornfields of Iowa", but soon she'll be headed to New York City, and then hopefully to Paris and Milan.  If she keeps taking pictures like these, the sky is the limit for this model!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Natalie Keyser for Man Candy

For our last Major Moment Monday of 2014, we thought these pictures of Natalie Keyser would end off the year with a bang!  The exciting and challenging thing about booking an entire advertising campaign is being shown in the same hair and makeup, but still making each picture look interesting. We may be biased, but Natalie looks amazing in each picture, and so does the wardrobe!  Natalie shot this campaign while she was working down in Mexico City. We think this may be some of our favorite work of hers to date!

Health Tip: Drinking Water with Lemon

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas yesterday, and if you don't celebrate Christmas we hope you had a great day off.  We get asked by our models all the time what the best ways are to lose weight, or gain muscle tone, and how to be overall more healthy.  We are HUGE proponents of not being a slave to your scale, but to creating healthy habits that will help you achieve your individual ideal body.  We constantly warn our models about the dangers of crash diets, and that there is no easy shortcut.  At Pulse Management we have decided that we will periodically post health and lifestyle tips when we think they can benefit our models and readers.

We came across THIS ARTICLE about starting the day with a glass of warm water with lemon. We have heard that this is helpful, but we liked this article because it itemized why this is good for your body.  After all of my holiday eating, starting the morning off with a cup of water lemon sounds like the perfect thing to do! Now if only we can convince Stacey Eastman (Pulse Management President) to switch this out for his Red Bull...

Fusion Christmas Party

Last week, Pulse Management President, Stacey Eastman went to New York for the Fusion Model Management Christmas party.  When we send models to New York we place them with Fusion, our New York City partner.  The party was at Per Se, one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the world, showing the Fusion not only treats their models well, they treat their staff and partners amazingly too.  Working with Fusion has proved to be a great move for us, and our models have flourished under their placement with Fusion.

It really is such a wonderful time of year, and the entire Pulse Management team would like to wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Hye Park's Incredible Fashion Week

Today's Major Moment Monday is from the Spring 2007 Fashion Shows.  Pulse Management discovery Hye Rim Park, put some major mileage on her stilettos walking down the runways.  She dominated the tents in New York and then went on to walk in the major shows in London, Milan, and Paris.  As you scroll through these photos you will see that she made an appearance in almost all of the top designers shows, and proved that your show wasn't a major one if you didn't have Hye walking down your runway.  Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Karl Lagerfeld, Rodarte, Louis Vuitton, and Oscar De La Renta are just a few of the runways she walked down.  If you consider the fact that these shows are within an hour of each other sometimes, you can start to imagine exactly how busy Hye was during these fashion weeks.  It's no wonder Andre Leon Talley said that Hye was his favorite model, he had plenty of times to see her working to solidify that opinion.
