Ali Stephens, one of the most wanted models at the moment, was born May 10, 1991 in Salt Lake City , Utah . In 2007 she was discovered by Pulse Management while shopping with her family. Stephens debuted on the spring Prada show 2007 in Milan as an exclusive and captivated the international fashion industry.
She opened the spring Chloé show in Paris and also walked for Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dries van Noten and Givenchy. Several fashion magazines such as Hintmag.com, Pop , Vmagazine.com named her as a rising star.
One year after her debut she became the sole face of Chloé and replaced Shalom Harlow and Anja Rubik. Also Missoni, Calvin Klein, Gab and Prada Sport booked her for their international ad campaigns. Among her substantial number of advertisements, Stephens walked as the only girl for the Chloé pre-fall presentation in New York , graced the Haute Couture shows in Paris and opened several fashion shows including designers such as Calvin Klein and Nicole Farhi in London and Milan .
Apart from that she appeared in numerous editorials for magazines like French Vogue, Italian Vogue, Japanese Vogue, Numéro or Harper’s Bazaar, where she worked with top photographers like Steven Meisel, Mikael Jansson, David Sims and Liz Collins to mention some of them. We gave away a pair of the skis as an award to a none sponsored athlete.
I got 9th overall out of 105 and received the 5th spot onto the world freeskiing tour as a pre-qualified athlete.
As for the skis go, short background... I took out a loan for 10K designed the park city edition ski (the city park) made 50 pairs, I have sold 47 pairs already. 90% of the profits go to support my season on the world tour and 10% of the profits go to support 25 women I work with in Kenya, doing micro-finance (giving out small loans and teaching them good business practices). I have also planned to give 10% of my podium profits to these women as well.
