New Photos of Alexandra Romney

These photos of our model, Alexandra Romney, are some of our new favorites of her. They are from a shoot that Alex did with photographer, Ryan Hattaway, while she was working in Miami. I love the difference of style between the photos, and the fact that these photos could be relevant in any decade, giving them a timeless look. While in Miami, Alex was working with MC2 and judging by these photos her time there was well spent.

Alex Romney is one of our models that no matter where she goes, we can count on her to have fun and a positive attitude while she's there (remember this post!).  After spending her summer in Europe she is now working in Miami.  These pictures are from a shoot she did recently with Miami-based photographer Eugenia Carolina, and we are loving them! Model management is all about figuring out which markets will be best for each model at a given time, and we think that Miami is going to be a great fit for this beauty.

Last week we introduced you to one of our new faces, Mia Speicher.  Mia and her mom went down to Miami last week, and we just got back some images from her test shoot with Miami photographer, Justin Macala.  We can't get enough of Mia, and its nice to know we're not the only ones.  We are looking forward to many more amazing pictures of this beauty.

This is definitely turning out to be a hot summer for some of our models!  We posted about Andrea Steele in New York a few weeks ago, and now she is headed off to Tokyo.  She has a contract there and we can't wait to see the work she does during her trip.  We have sent many of our models to Tokyo including Ashland, Liz, and Olivia and it has been a pivotal place for each of their careers.  Good luck Andrea, we are so excited for you!

Mia Speicher and her Mom

Yesterday we posted about one of our new models, Mia.  Keep in mind she just did her first test shoot last week.  Things are moving fast for this beauty because within a week's time she and her mom are headed out to Miami where we saw a lot of interest for her.  Sometimes things move quickly for a model, and sometimes it takes a little bit of time to gain some momentum.  In Mia's case she waited five years to do her test shoot, but now that we finally got some professional pictures of her things are moving quickly.  Have fun in Miami ladies, hopefully you get a little time on the beach in between castings and photoshoots!

With Christmas and New Years Day both falling on Thursdays, it has been a couple of weeks since we posted a TBT: Then and Now. It is fun to write these posts and see our models when they first started and remember what they were like when we met them.  Its like seeing their career unfold right in front of our eyes, again! Meagan Lee is a hot commodity in Los Angeles, New York and Miami these days, and you can see why.  Usually a model that is successful in Miami, is not in New York and vice versa, because the markets are so different.  Meagan is very unique in the fact that she works in both markets, because she is versatile enough to fit both looks.  We are looking forward to seeing what is up next for Meagan, because with her it really could be anything or anywhere!

Viktoria Books a Look Book

It is really starting to feel like winter, so it is crazy to think that Spring is just around the corner.  Especially with the way time is flying these days, it will be time to break out a Spring/Summer wardrobe in no time.  These pictures of Pulse Management's Viktoria Lien, for the look book for Nina Verklas Spring/Summer 2015 are getting us excited for the upcoming seasons! As always, Viktoria looks stunning and these clothes are perfect for brightening even the coldest winter day.  We are excited to see what 2015 has in store for Viktoria because she is quickly becoming one of our most promising models.

 

Viktoria is Heating Up Miami

You all may remember Pulse Management model, Viktoria, from this endearing post?  She is currently in Miami, and making us so proud of her! We have her placed with Wilhelmina in Miami, and it is proving to be a great pairing so far.  She recently was photographed by Miami photographer, Diana Santisteban, for a beauty shoot.  We love all the color in the photo, and we think Viktoria looks absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work Viktoria, we can't wait to see more from your Miami shoots.

Amanda Chamberlain COVERS City & Shore Magazine

How have we not shared this gorgeous cover of Amanda Chamberlain yet?  This magazine cover is from the April 2014 issue of City & Shore Magazine, and it is just downright pretty! Amanda is originally from Utah, but she has been working in Miami for a while, and judging from this cover, Miami is a great fit for her.  These photos were all taken by Courtney Rodwell, and they capture the essence of Miami perfectly. Congrats on your cover and editorial Amanda, it is definitely something to be proud of.

Erin Cummins for Model Beach Volleyball 2014

Pulse model, Erin Cummins, is the poster girl for the 2014 Model Beach Volleyball Tournament.  Model Beach Volleyball Tournament (MBVT) is an event that happens annually in Miami where models from a handful of top agencies join with professional volleyball players and compete against each other in a huge even on the beach with lots of spectators (not to mention corporate sponsors).  We love that out of all the models in all of the agencies participating, MBVT chose Erin's picture to put on their promotional materials.  Not that we can blame them, she looks amazing, and that handout makes us wish we were headed out to watch the tournament!

It's a New Year...

How amazing is this picture of Erin Cummins?  It was taken by Miami-based photographer, Tommy Chung.  We think it is a perfect inspiration picture as we start a new year. We are sure the gyms are packed today, with people who have resolved to be healthier this year, and our girl Erin is not exempt from that.  Check out this picture she posted on her instagram:

At Pulse Management we want all of our models to be healthy and that goes for all of our blog readers too!  We think that 2014 is going to be an amazing year and we can't wait to see what we are going to accomplish this year.  So here's to health in 2014, and a special thanks to Erin, for giving us some motivation.  Pulse Management President, Stacey Eastman, has a special message for the New Year:

Art Basel with Amanda: Part II

In addition to our post yesterday about Amanda Chamberlain walking in the Cavalli Fashion Show during Miami's Art Basel, she also walked in the BCBGMAXAZRIA Fashion Show.  The above picture is of Amanda, and BCBG Chief Creative Officer Lubov Azria, doing a last minute wardrobe check before she sent Amanda down the runway.  The BCBG Show was held on December 2, which is also Amanda's birthday!  Amanda said, "The show took place on my birthday and it was so beautiful!  The tent was literally on the beach, open to the ocean... During the finale the models released live butterflies."

The fashion show was at Soho House, which is one of the most exclusive places to go in Miami.  Not a bad place to spend a birthday, right Amanda?  We think Amanda looks amazing, and this looked like one of the best events to hit Art Basel this year.  Thanks for giving us an insiders view to these fashion shows, Amanda.  We hope you have a great year ahead of you.
