NYFW is Coming Up!

Now that January is here it means that New York Fashion Week is just around the corner. (Official dates are February 11-18) A new year, a new fashion season, and we will have some new models in New York this year. We are also looking forward to seeing which shows our more experienced models book now that they have had a few seasons to develop their skills. 

The above photo is from last February when our model Alisha Judge OPENED the Jenny Packham show. Jenny Packham is one of the best designers out of the UK in a while, and her popularity skyrocketed when the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton herself, started to wear Packham's designs regularly. Having Alisha open such a big show was one of our fashion week highlights last year, and we can't wait to see what this February has in store for us. MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Alisha Judge for VOGUE

I have been looking forward to today all weekend long, because I get to share a really MAJOR, Major Moment Monday with you all.  Our model Alisha Judge was just featured in a Vogue story.   Yes, that Vogue.  It doesn't get much bigger for a model, and we are so proud that she has now joined the ranks of our models who have posed for the magazine.  

This photo of Alisha was featured in Vogue's The 10 Best Dresses from the Spring 2016 Bridal Collections.  She is wearing a stunning design from Angel Sanchez, and we can't think of a better model for such a beautiful dress.

Congrats Alisha, this is big.  Vogue big.

We want to wish a very happy birthday to Alisha Judge today!  Alisha is one of our more successful models who is turning into one of our most promising runway stars yet.  We are so glad that we discovered this beauty and that she trusts us to manage her career.  Click HERE to see what Alisha has been up to lately.  This past year has been an exciting one for her, and we think that things are only going to get better.  Happy birthday Alisha, we hope you have an amazing day!

New Pics of Alisha Judge

Sometimes we get complaints from models about doing test shoots, just like we do when we ask models to do polaroids.  Models shouldn't have to do test shoots as frequently as they do polaroids (not even close to that often), but every once in a while even our models who work the most do a test shoot for some fresh new images.  Alisha Judge is a good example of this.  If you follow the blog, (or click here) you can see how busy Alisha has been lately.  This does not exempt her from doing a test shoot, and we are so glad she did!  These images from her shoot with photographer Taylor Tupy are something special.  These pictures look timeless, she is the main focal point, and she looks beautiful.  This is a test shoot done very well, and we are loving it!

NYFW: Alisha Judge for Charlotte Ronson

New York Fashion Week this past February was the best we have ever had as a model management company.  I can't believe that we are still getting pictures in to update you all with.  This picture is of Alisha Judge, walking in the Charlotte Ronson Fall 2015 Ready-to-Wear show.  The looks featured in this show are almost as beautiful as Alisha herself.  By our latest count Alisha was in 11 shows or presentations over NYFW, which is amazing.  We hope right now Alisha is enjoying a much needed vacation!

NYFW: Alisha Judge for J. Crew and Kempner

We have to say that a handful of our models made this past fashion week season one of the very best in Pulse Management history.  I am pleased as punch to still be updating all of you with our models' bookings for the various shows and presentations, because it just shows you how much they worked.  It is almost deceiving when you are looking at these pictures to start thinking that booking one of these shows is a regular occurrence, but it is not.  These stages are at the very top tier of the fashion world and only a small portion of models will ever book a show for New York, London, Milan or Paris fashion week.  We just happen to have developed some incredible models, who are experiencing some successes that most models only dream of.

Alisha Judge booked quite a few shows/presentations during NYFW.  The above picture is her look from  J. Crew's Fall 2015 Ready to Wear Presentation.  Below are pictures from the Kempner F/W 2015 Presentation.  If you haven't heard of the designer Meggie Kempner yet, you will know her name soon.  She was named one of the 10 Rising Star Designers to Know by StyleCaster after her Fashion Week presentation. 

NYFW: Alisha Judge for Opening Ceremony

Opening Ceremony's NYFW presentation was one of the most anxiously anticipated events of the entire week.  The clothes were shown alongside some never before seen photos by Spike Jonze, which combined the art and fashion scenes seamlessly.  Pulse Management model, Alisha Judge, was one of the models cast in the presentation and she is rocking those orange boots! The past few fashion weeks Alisha Judge has been one of our models who has worked the most consistently, and her hard work is paying off.

Alisha Judge is popping up everywhere during NYFW, and we couldn't be happier about it.  She OPENED the Jenny Packham show.  In the modeling world opening any show is a big deal, but opening Jenny Packham during fashion week is a major modeling milestone!  Jenny Packham is a favorite of a lot of celebrities, and is a wardrobe staple of The Duchess of Cambridge.  We love thinking about our Alisha, who we scouted in Oregon, now walking the major runways for fashion's elite.  To see the rest of the pics from the show click HERE (and note that Alisha is the cover picture with the review).  Stay tuned for more of what Alisha has been up to this week, because this girl is on a roll!

Throwback Thursday: Then and Now

For today's Throwback Thursday you are looking at one of Alisha Judge's first set of polaroids.  Alisha signed with us, and since then she has worked extensively in New York, and walked runways around the world.  During NYFW she is one of our models that is in the highest demand, and she walks for some of the biggest designers of the season.  During September's NYFW she was cast in 9 fashion shows/presentations, cementing her status as one of our busiest models.  We can't wait to see what she books this year, because this girl is unstoppable!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Prepping for NYFW

Today's MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY is a little bit different than our usual ones because we are posting about something that is about to happen.  In just a week, New York Fashion Week will be upon us, and this year is going to be one of Pulse Management's biggest years ever, if not the biggest  year we've had.  These pictures are from Liz Kennedy, Olivia Hamilton, Alisha Judge, Anna Fisher, Charlee Pilon, and Viktoria Liens' test shoots for NYFW.  If these pictures are any indicators, and we think they are, these girls are going to be some of the most sought after models this season.  This fashion week is going to be MAJOR for these models and for us, and we can't wait to see what transpires.  Stay tuned everyone, we already know of some things happening that you will love, but we can't share them with you just yet.  We will as soon as we can though, we promise!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Alisha Judge for Milk X Magazine

Today's MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY is a more current one, that we haven't shared yet on our blog.  These images are from Alisha Judge's April 2014 editorial in Milk X Magazine.  Milk X is a Hong Kong based magazine that is consistently churning out relevant high fashion editorials, and we are thrilled that this one featured our girl Alisha.  Alisha has been traveling all over the world the past year, and we are excited to see what the fall fashion season has in store for this talented model.

Wow. Wow. Wow.  That is the only thought running through my head as I'm reviewing these pictures from Pulse Mgmt's, Alisha Judge.  These pictures are from a recent test shoot Alisha did in NYC.  Alisha has been out in New York working and recently caught Pulse Mgmt President Stacey Eastman for dinner.  Keep up the good work Alisha, these pictures are absolutely amazing.
