Being the single model booked for a look book is a big deal, but when you are the only model booked for a designer like Oscar de la Renta it is HUGE! Liz looks like she was made to wear these exquisite gowns, and it's hard to imagine that she is just a regular teenager from Minnesota.  This is really shaping up to be an amazing year for Liz, and we know she has so many incredible things in store.

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Hye Park's Incredible Fashion Week

Today's Major Moment Monday is from the Spring 2007 Fashion Shows.  Pulse Management discovery Hye Rim Park, put some major mileage on her stilettos walking down the runways.  She dominated the tents in New York and then went on to walk in the major shows in London, Milan, and Paris.  As you scroll through these photos you will see that she made an appearance in almost all of the top designers shows, and proved that your show wasn't a major one if you didn't have Hye walking down your runway.  Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Karl Lagerfeld, Rodarte, Louis Vuitton, and Oscar De La Renta are just a few of the runways she walked down.  If you consider the fact that these shows are within an hour of each other sometimes, you can start to imagine exactly how busy Hye was during these fashion weeks.  It's no wonder Andre Leon Talley said that Hye was his favorite model, he had plenty of times to see her working to solidify that opinion.

The Loss of a Legend: Oscar de la Renta

1932-2014

Yesterday the fashion world lost one of its finest.  The incomparably talented Oscar de la Renta passed away at the age of 82, and the fashion community is mourning this great man.  While reading various tributes to Mr. de la Renta online what stood out to me most is what a kind and loving man he was.  His designs were worn by royalty, multiple First Ladies, celebrities and most recently he designed the wedding dress for Amal Alamuddin who wed George Clooney. Pulse Management's Hye Rim Park had the privilege of working with Oscar de la Renta on many occasions, so we are posting a few of her looks from his runway shows over the years.  She was a lucky model to have worked for such a talented designer on so many occasions.
