BIG NEWS for Armon Eastman

Happy Wednesday everyone.  We have some big news.  Actually we have some HUGE news for you all regarding our model, Armon Eastman.  He just booked a job with a major designer.  In fact the designer is so major we have been sworn to secrecy until the images are released.  So really we can't share the news with you today, but we are so excited, we just had to tell you all that we have something gigantic in the works for Armon, and we will share it with you the nano-second we are able to.  We promise. In the meantime, you can enjoy the above photo of handsome Armon.

Throwback Thursday: Guess Who?

It may be the start of Fashion Week, but that doesn't mean we are going to forget about our Throwback Thursday post this week!  Check out this blonde little cutie pie.  Can you believe that she grows up into the stunning model pictured below? Actually we can, that profile is perfect at any age.  We discovered Charlee Pilon in her home state of Washington and we waited patiently (and sometimes impatiently) while she finished up high school until really launching her career.  She is currently in New York city, and we can't wait to see what she does during fashion week. Don't worry we will keep you all posted.

Armon's Gearing Up for Paris Fashion Week

Buckle up everyone because today marks the kickoff of the beginning of New York Fashion Week.  Click here to see the post we did about Fashion Week and the schedules for the various ones coming up this month.  Basically it should be called Fashion Month, because September is when fashion's elite travel all over the world to see what the top designers have created.  It is an exciting and sometimes exhausting time for all involved.  We have these models in New York ready for the shows, and we can't wait to report back to you what they have been cast in.

Now, onto Armon!  These pictures are the front and back sides of Armon's Paris Fashion Week card, and we LOVE it.  The front shows Armon the amazing model, and the backside shows all the rest of the hilarious sides of Armon's personality.  While in Paris, Armon is signed with our Partner City Model Management.  It won't be very long until we can post about what he's up to for Paris Fashion Week, so stay tuned everyone!

BREAKING NEWS: Liz on MODELS.COM

You guys are all familiar with Models.com right?  If not, you should familiarize yourself with the site, it is pretty much all you need to know about what's going on with your favorite models in one site.  Our good friend Wayne Sterling created Models.com, and it has turned into pretty much the Bible of the industry.

We couldn't be happier that models.com featured Liz Kennedy, as one half of their daily duo.  The daily duo feature basically showcases up and coming models as "ones to watch".  For Liz to be selected as one of the Daily Duo during fashion week, is huge.  To see the entire post about Liz click here.  In the meantime, we'll share with you our favorite quote from the post:

Liz has now been named by WWD and Models.com as an up and coming model, and we have to agree.  We are thrilled the rest of the industry sees in her what we do!

Pulse Management Introduces: Madison and McKenna Witt

To say that we had a good weekend at the Dolls House in Hollywood, would be putting it mildly.  We have plenty of pics to share with you in the next few days, but we wanted to start by introducing you to Madison and McKenna Witt.  If you are follow Sand Volleyball, you probably already know this duo.  They are amongst the best beach volleyball teams in the country right now.

Judging from the previews we have see from their Dolls Model Management test shoot this weekend, volleyball won't be the only thing these two are known for soon.  Look out fashion world, the Witt twins are about to conquer you with the same tenacity they bring to the sand for their volleyball matches! Welcome to the Pulse Management team ladies, we think you are going to love it here.

Sophia Skloss COVERS Japanese Magazine

Sophia Skloss has been working in Tokyo, as you may remember from these posts.  We are so proud of her for landing the cover of Visuarize Magazine's first issue.  We love the art direction and styling of the editorial she is in.  It is perfectly fall, and Sophia looks amazing.  Turns out, Tokyo was a perfect place to send this up and coming model.  Keep up the good work Sophia, we are so proud of you!

Sneak Peek: Olivia for Ponyboy Magazine

How cool is this picture of Olivia Hamilton? This is a sneak peek into a fashion editorial she did for Ponyboy Magazine when she was working in New York City.  Ponyboy is a NYC magazine that has some impressive editorials, and they love our Olivia, so obviously we love them!  We haven't ever seen a look like this on Olivia, and it makes us excited to see the rest of the editorial.

Throwback Thursday: Guess Who?

These Throwback Thursday posts are quickly becoming something we look forward to posting each week.  We love our models so much, and absolutely love seeing their childhood pictures.  We have never seen a face on a model like on our stunning Liz Kennedy, and looking at this adorable picture from when she was little just makes us love Liz even more.  Liz definitely went from a cute little kid to an absolutely stunning teenager.  Liz is currently prepping for NYC Fashion week next month, and we can't wait to see all the things she accomplishes, because we see her going BIG.

Look Who Was in WWD!

Did you guys check out Women's Wear Daily yesterday? If you did you would have seen, THREE of our models in a slideshow they did about models in their favorite shirts. You can check out the slideshow here. WWD is one of the fashion world's most important and influential publications, and we are on could nine that our girls were featured as, "some of modeling's freshest faces" and it included their instagram handles.  It is crazy to think that Liz Kennedy, Olivia Hamilton, and Nichole Martinez were all discovered by Pulse Management and all three were featured in this one slideshow on WWD!  Liz and Olivia are currently with Fusion Model Management in New York, and Nichole is currently with Elite Model Management.  We have always thought that these three models have an incredible amount of potential, and its nice to see that WWD agrees with us!

Sneak Peek of Alex Wallace in Tinsel Tokyo Magazine

You guys remember Alex Wallace right? She won our online model search.  She had her test shoot a couple months ago, and the photographer who shot her test shoot just used her in a photo shoot for Tinsel Tokyo Magazine.  Rodney Ray, the photographer of the shoot, sent us over a few sneak peeks from his camera, and let's just say we are more than excited to see the final images selected for the editorial! 

Alex sent us over a few pics of her from the shoot, and we are swooning over the wardrobe she got to wear, especially the dress in the bottom picture.  Talk about a major high fashion moment!  When I asked Alex about the shoot she said:

Working with Tinsel Tokyo was amazing! The clothes were magnificent and the people were awesome! It was great working with Rodney again, he's extremely talented and I learned so much, everyone working on the set deserves huge praise. They were all wonderful and so helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to see the photos in August's issue of Tinsel Tokyo! 

We can't wait to see the editorial when it is published as well! In the meantime enjoy these few pictures we do have.

  

Throwback Thursday: Guess Who?

For today's Throwback Thursday, we are not only keeping it in the Pulse Management family, we are keeping it in the Eastman family.  That cute little guy at the front of the picture is the one and only Armon Eastman!  Armon recently returned from a working in Paris, alongside another Pulse model, Carson Bruner.  He has been in pretty high demand since we signed him, making his dad Stacey Eastman (Pulse Mgmt President) proud!  Also pictured above is Alec Eastman, one of the six Eastman siblings.  Alec is currently in the Bio Chemical Engineering Program at the University of Michigan, which makes his dad just as proud!

 We received the nicest email from Olivia Hamilton, one of our models, and we just had to share it with you all! We've said it before, but sometimes it helps potential models and their parents see what our current models have to say about working with us, in their own words.  We are so proud of Olivia, and we can't wait to share with you all the MAJOR job she just booked.  We can't spill the details yet, but just wait, it is BIG!

Dear Stacey,
    I cannot say anything besides positive things about what you have done for my life. When I was discovered in Denver, my hometown, I never expected my life to bloom into what it is today. Because of you, I've been to Los Angeles and New York and also completed over 65 jobs in 15 weeks in Tokyo. All this happened before the age of 16 and I can only imagine what's coming next. I don't know how you do it but you make things happen. Currently I am preparing for New York Fashion Week!!! That's something that I never thought I'd be able to say.
    Not only am I traveling the world and experiencing amazing things in the fashion industry, but I'm also being supported by the best family one could ask for...Pulse!!! You guys are my new BFFs, travel buddies, and family members. No matter where I am or what I'm doing you make me feel at home. When I travel the world with friends from Pulse and build new relationships it makes the experience even better. Stacey, I love how you always take the time to make sure that your girls and their families are comfortable and familiar with everything! For example, my dad is now supportive of my modeling and trusts the Pulse team completely...and I never thought that would happen.
    All and all, you have turned my life around for the better! I am now a world traveler and a working model with growing friendships and a supportive family <3 Thanks for everything Stacey Eastman! God bless you and everyone partnered with Pulse!!!

Sophia Skloss in Tokyo

A couple weeks ago we posted this about Sophia Skloss' (model in the stripes) first few days in Tokyo.  We are happy to report that we have received several great updates from Sophia and her mom, who are continuing to enjoy their trip to Japan.  We love that through modeling, we get to send these amazing young men and women (and sometimes their parents) to places they would not have otherwise been going, at least not as frequently.  Being able to open up someone's eyes to a new culture and a new place is almost as rewarding as seeing each model gain confidence as she learns to navigate a new place.  We also love seeing the work each model does in each city!  Keep up the good work Sophia, and we are so glad you and your mom are enjoying Tokyo.  (Also pictured is another model Sophia befriended and that model's mom)

Pulse Mgmt Throwback Thursday: Guess Who?

We are starting something new on our Pulse Management social media and we are hoping you guys all like it.  We are doing our own version of Throwback Thursdays (TBT), where we post a childhood pic of one of our models on our instagram, and you can leave your guess of who it is in the comments.  We will have the answer in the form of a current picture of our model posted on the blog. Corey Scott on the Photogenics Blog

Do you all remember Corey? We introduced him to you in this post.  We recently placed him with our LA Partner, Photogenics. We weren't surprised to see him pop up on the Photogenics blog yesterday, because, well if you signed him wouldn't you be bragging about him too?  We think that Photogenics will be a great fit for Corey, and we can't wait to see what his career has in store.

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Hazel and Hallie for Tinsel Tokyo

Have you guys heard about Tinsel Tokyo Magazine yet?  It is an amazing magazine that is all about finding the fashion industries' greatest talents and pairing them for some killer collaborations.  In their latest issue, two of our models are featured in the New Faces section, and we are pleased as punch! Hazel Reynolds and Hallie Rose are two of Pulse Management's newest models, and we are so proud to already see them in print.  They were recently shot at their Dolls Model Management shoot with Rodney Ray (one of our all time favorite photographers). The results were amazing, and now these two new models, are gracing the pages of one of our favorite fashion magazines.  In our opinion, that definitely qualifies as Major Moment Monday worthy!

Pulse Management Introduces Corey Scott

Everyone we would like to introduce you to our newest model, Corey Scott.  Judging from these photos Corey is going to be in high demand in the modeling world in no time.  We love when we get to introduce a model to the fashion industry and we can't wait to see what we can accomplish with Corey.  Careers for male models are definitely more difficult to launch and sustain, but we think we are going to see great things from Corey. Stay tuned everyone!

Anna Fisher Arrives in NYC

Pulse Management is taking over New York City this week!  Not only is our president, Stacey Eastman, in NYC so many of our models are there right now too.  In the above picture Anna Fisher is saying goodbye to her twin sister Katie, as Anna boarded a flight to NYC.  This is the first time the twins will live apart in their 18 year lives.  Luckily, Stacey was there upon Anna's arrival to help her get acquainted with New York.  First stop was the Fusion (Pulse Mgmt's New York Partner) Office, and then they toured around the city. Also, what trip to NY is complete without a taxi ride, so Stacey sent us a video of him and Anna riding through the crazy streets of NYC. We are so excited to see what happens with Anna on this trip, because this model's potential is out of this world.
