MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Georgia Weeks for Bisous Magazine

Georgia Weeks' most recent work is curing our Monday blues! This editorial from Bisous Magazine and it is some of Georgia's best work yet. Georgia's eyebrows have always been amazing, but in this shoot her cheekbones may be stealing the show, and that's saying a lot because the wardrobe in this editorial is incredible. Congrats Georgia, these photos are absolutely beautiful.

Polaroid Round Up

A model's polaroids are every bit as important as her book. The book shows potential clients what you can look like (with wardrobe/hair/makeup) but the polaroids show what you actually do look like. With digital polaroids a model wears minimal makeup, hair is simple, and the wardrobe is basic. We ask models for polaroids for pictures all the time, so we thought it would be helpful to see some of our models' more recent polaroids. Also, looking through these pictures we are in awe of how stunning our models are. We really do have some of the best models in the industry in our Pulse family, and we are so proud!

More Pics from Georgia Weeks in Nylon

You all may remember this post we did about Georgia Weeks picking up the issue of Nylon Magazine that this editorial ran in. Now we have all of the photos of Georgia from the magazine to share with you, and we have a feeling you will like them as much as we do! Georgia, this editorial turned out even better than our expectations, and they were pretty high. We are looking forward to seeing what you do next.

Georgia Weeks for PETRIe Magazine

Our model Georgia Weeks is on a roll! Earlier this week we posted about her editorial in Nylon Magazine, and today we have these stunning pictures from her editorial in PETRIe Magazine.  Helen Eriksson photographed the editorial, and she did a really incredible job.  You may remember that Eriksson recently photographed another one of our models, Madison Moehling.

Congrats on another beautiful editorial Georgia! You have some really amazing editorials under your belt, and we are so proud of you.

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Georgia Weeks for Nylon Magazine

Today is a happy (major moment) Monday indeed, because we are celebrating our model Georgia Weeks' editorial in the latest issue of Nylon Magazine. If I'm being honest here, I would have to say that Nylon Magazine is one of my favorites, and so to see our model in their pages is pretty awesome.

While I'm working on getting you all the photos from the editorial, I thought you might get a kick out of this picture from Georgia's instagram. Her mom snapped this picture while picking up the issue of Nylon at their local Target. Seeing yourself in a magazine never loses its excitement, and Georgia we are so excited for you!

Hazel and Georgia for Open Lab Magazine

Hopefully you saw our post yesterday about Hazel Eakman and Georgia Weeks being sketched for Badly Drawn Models.  Today we are showing you the editorial that they were in for Open Lab Magazine, that inspired the sketches.

The editorial is titled "Tomorrow's People", which we think is fitting because the entire group photographed are some of the more promising new faces we've seen in awhile, especially Georgia and Hazel. Annelise Phillips photographed the editorial, and we can see why she has also been published in Vogue Paris.

The only thing better than having one of our models in a great editorial, is having two of them in it!  great work Georgia and Hazel!

Badly Drawn Models

Georgia Weeks and Hazel Graye Eakman

Are you all familiar with Badly Drawn Models? Lisbon-based artist, Sean Ryan, has become a pop-culture phenomenon by posting his sketches of models, designers, and other celebrities online.  Some of his most popular subjects include Cara Delevingne, Coco Rocha, Karlie Kloss, Jourdan Dunn, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Candice Swanepoel and the list goes on and on. Basically its now come to the point that being one of his drawings is a sign that you've "made it" in the modeling world. These drawing have been getting a lot of press lately, most notably in the Huffington Post, Elle Magazine, Refinery 29, i-D Magazine and Buzz Feed.

In a collaboration with an editorial in the latest issue of Open Lab Magazine, two of our models got side-by-side sketches by Sean Ryan himself!  Georgia Weeks and Hazel Eakman have now joined the club of models that have been immortalized (badly), and we think it's awesome.  Their sketches can be found on the Open Lab Instagram.

Ali Stephens, a model we discovered years ago, has also been sketched and is included on the Badly Drawn Models Instagram page.  Ali is one of the most successful models we have ever managed, and it doesn't surprise us to see her on this page.

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Georgia and Hazel for Teen Vogue

slideshow reposted from Teen Vogue

Each week on the Teen Vogue Instagram they post a slideshow called #modelmonday, where they share the faces of some new up and coming models.  Last Monday, TWO of our models were featured.  Georgia Weeks and Hazel Eakman's photos were included.  We are thrilled that out of nine models shown last week, two of them were discovered by us and are part of our Pulse Management team!  We have always seen great potential in these two models, and its amazing to see that Teen Vogue does too.

Pulse Girls Taking Over NYC, Part II

We posted THIS last week about some of our newer models in New York City.  Andrea Steele, Kristina Jordan, Georgia Weeks, and Hazel Eakman are becoming fast friends while learning about life in the modeling world and in NYC.  Both are pretty crazy places, so we love that they have each other! This squad of beauties are some of the most promising models we have ever represented and we can't wait to see what we can accomplish with them.  Buckle up everyone, it's going to be insanely exciting to watch each of their careers unfold.

Look Out New York!

New York City, consider yourself warned, we have a new crop of models taking over the town! Pulse Management's Georgia Weeks, Kristina Jordan, Hazel Eakman, and Andrea Steele have arrived in NYC and have hit the ground running.  Each of these models were discovered in their hometowns, and are now learning the ropes with the guidance of our partner Fusion Model Management.  These four are navigating the city, going to castings, and getting a little sightseeing in on the side.

We have posted about this before, but we can't say enough how much we love when our models become friends with each other.  Yes, the modeling industry is a competitive one, which is even more of a reason that each of our models need each other as friends.  It is important to have someone who can relate to this crazy world, and understands the ups and downs that comes along with being a model.

Georgia, Kristina, Hazel, and Andrea we love seeing you all together, and we can't wait to see what you all have ahead in your respective careers.  Thank you for trusting us, and being a part of the Pulse Management Team!

Georgia Weeks for L'Officiel Ukraine

Bold brows are having a moment in the fashion world, and we can't think of anyone that better exemplifies this than Georgia Weeks.  These pictures are from her recent editorial in L'Officiel Ukraine. While we can't read most of what's on the magazine's website, we can tell by the pictures and styling that L'Officiel is a magazine committed to bringing high fashion to its readers through its editorials.  We bet there are a lot of Ukrainians looking through these pictures of Georgia and longing to embody her cool California style, we know we are!

Georgia Weeks for Ouur

We just saw this picture of Georgia Weeks in the Ouur lookbook.  Ouur is the clothing company from the same people that create Kinfolk Magazine, and we have to say that we love the clean, modern look of the clothing just like we love those same characteristics in the magazine. Now we need to get the entire lookbook so we can see the rest of Georgia's work!

Georgia is a relatively new model with us, but she has accomplished a lot over the past year or so.  Most notably a Vogue.com feature, that we posted about here.  We are thrilled to be managing the career of someone with so much talent and potential.  We'll keep you posted on this model, because I have a feeling there will be a lot to update you on!

Bon Voyage Georgia!

Do you all remember Georgia Weeks?  Well, we have big news about this beauty.  She just signed a major contract in Paris, and is headed to France shortly.  We love when we have news like this.  It is literally life changing for our models, (and their parents) and it is so exciting. Congrats Georgia, you are living the dream! We will keep you all updated on her adventures in Paris.

Update on Georgia Weeks

Seeing as it is Thanksgiving this week, we want to post about a few things that we are thankful for.  Today we are starting with this Oregonian beauty, Georgia.  Georgia signed with us, did her Dolls Development shoot in Hollywood, and has done these great shoots since.  Georgia is currently on hold for work in New York and Paris, so she has some very exciting things coming up.  We are looking forward to seeing what the New Year has in store for her, but in the meantime we are definitely thankful what she has already accomplished.  The fact that her mom is great to work with is just another thing we are counting our blessings about.
