Open Call at the Portland Shilo Inn
Now here is a MOM that gets it ! Her daughter will go many places in this world ! Thank you
Terri and Ash
Stacey ~ I am the mother of Ashley Polston who attended your open call at the Shilo on Thursday evening! I have to say I was skeptical about this event because Ashley had attended another similar type of event and it turned out to be John Casablancas (my spelling of his name leaves something to be desired). Their intent was to sell, sell, sell classes and if you were lucky enough they could possibly use you. What I noticed was a lot of girls with a lot of dreams and an organization making promises that could not be kept. These girls would do just about anything including make huge investments to make that dream come true.
Even though Ash did not make it into the final cut, I am glad to see there are businesses like yours who are truly legitimate and don't fill these girls heads with a bunch of empty promises. I also liked the fact that you said more than once that how your look is not the most important thing....it's how you feel about yourself that counts.
Tell Lacey thanks for the opportunity. Who knows we might see you all again some day!
Sincerely,
Terri O'Neill

Yet Pulse creates another super star, from Oregon, Erin Cummins on her way to NYC....mom it's okay, we are crying too!

Hi Stacey,
Erin's photo shoot was the best! She loved every moment and when I picked her up she just glowed. I had to hold back the tears when I saw her. I can't wait to see her pics. Everyone was great especially Lacy what a gem! She helped Erin a lot, we really appreciate that girl.
Thank you Stacey,
Cindy
A Thank You, From the Laws
Stacey,
We wanted to take a moment and thank you for your time the last couple of days. When Susan approached Alexis at a track meet last month about this we have to admit we were very skeptical. She assured me that it was legitimate. Thank you for your honesty, integrity, and morals in this industry and striving to make it a better environment. But thank you most of all for your bluntness and just telling it out it is. We wish you the best in all of your endeavors!
One side note on how small this world is. Alexis is ranked 5th in the Western United States in Cross Country for her age group and took 3rd for the State of Utah two years ago. She also runs track each year as well. We are sure that she and Ali have run together many times before. Weird.
Sincerely,
Roger and Tracy Laws

Appreciation - Thank You From Denver Open Call
Mr. Eastman,
My husband and I were at your open call in Denver on Friday with our 2 sons (the musician and the gymnast) and I just wanted to tell you it was a great experience. After we left we went out to dinner and we were talking and we all agreed that we felt like we left there feeling positive and felt like we attended a motivational speaker as opposed to a modeling casting call.
You have a tremendous talent speaking and the message you gave to the teens (I especially liked the role models part!! lol) is one that should be commended. What you were stressing to the kids apply in everyday life and not that only of a model, and for that I greatly appreciate it. I'd also like to commend you on how you were very open and honest and weren't there with smoking mirrors.
Again, thank you and if you ever start doing a motivational speaking tour please let us know we'd definately attend!!

Introducing Pulse Mgmt concept and vision / Elite's Pulse Long boards!

Lord and Taylor, Pulse Mgmt, Elite, and Kahuna Creations Long boards worked together to celebrate the launching of Elite Long boards! The event was last night at Lord and Taylor's Rooftop with a music performance by PT Walkley. The girls were each given long boards to decorate. All of the proceeds from boards purchased went to Women In Need. Rain did not stop anyone that attended from supporting a great charity or having a fabulous time!
