Shaliece for Cocoon Magazine

It's a gloomy day in California (where I'm blogging from) today, but seeing this pic of our girl Shaliece is heating things right up!  We scouted Shaliece in her hometown, and now she looking absolutely incredible in the pages of this Cocoon Magazine editorial.  It is always amusing to me to see our models, who we find in the obscurity of their home states, then grace the pages of these international fashion magazines. Anyway, this pic is amazing, Shaliece is amazing, and that Prada swimsuit she's wearing is amazing.  Now, if only we could look like her in it...

Georgia Weeks for L'Officiel Ukraine

Bold brows are having a moment in the fashion world, and we can't think of anyone that better exemplifies this than Georgia Weeks.  These pictures are from her recent editorial in L'Officiel Ukraine. While we can't read most of what's on the magazine's website, we can tell by the pictures and styling that L'Officiel is a magazine committed to bringing high fashion to its readers through its editorials.  We bet there are a lot of Ukrainians looking through these pictures of Georgia and longing to embody her cool California style, we know we are!

Happy Birthday Alisha

We want to wish a very happy birthday to Alisha Judge today!  Alisha is one of our more successful models who is turning into one of our most promising runway stars yet.  We are so glad that we discovered this beauty and that she trusts us to manage her career.  Click HERE to see what Alisha has been up to lately.  This past year has been an exciting one for her, and we think that things are only going to get better.  Happy birthday Alisha, we hope you have an amazing day!

Dolls Test Shoot Sneak Peek!

Stacey and Shayna Eastman are in New York City right now, just wrapping up some test shoots for Dolls Model Management.  We have been doing our test shoots in LA for the past little while, but this time we did the test shoot in New York.  We have to say judging from the images we have seen so far, we are very pleased with the shoots in general.  We snagged fashion photographer, Timothy Rosado, to take the pics. We love the look of these pics of our new faces (we'll introduce you to them soon!).  Let's just say we are excited about what we have in store for you guys and the fashion world!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Hannah Holman for Elle UK

Today's Major Moment Monday happened back in March of 2013, but we don't think we have ever shared these pictures with you.  Hannah Holman looks incredible in this editorial for Elle UK.  The editorial is called Eternal Flame, and we can see why, Hannah is smoldering!  Any editorial in Elle Magazine is a big deal, but when you look as amazing as Hannah does in this one, it definitely qualifies as major.

NYFW: Liz Kennedy for Noon by Noor

Happy Friday everyone!  How much would you love to wear Liz Kennedy's look from the Noon by Noor show this spring weekend?  I know I wouldn't mind wearing it on a date or to a bridal shower, or even just to brunch with friends.  I digress, but that's what fashion does to me!  

We just came across this picture of Liz from New York Fashion Week's Noon by Noor Spring 2015 show, and we thought it would be a perfect pic to start off your weekend. We love seeing our girl Liz on the runway in New York, its a far cry from her hometown in Minnesota, but she looks like she was born to be on the runway.  She just shot an editorial with a major fashion magazine, and we can't wait to share it with you when we can!

Liz and Olivia Take on the World

We post a lot about our models and their various jobs.  When you see a picture of them in a magazine editorial or walking a runway during fashion week it is easy to forget that they are just normal teenagers, who have an extraordinary profession.  We love when our models become friends, because to us it shows their maturity.  They don't feel like they need to be competitive with each other, they see each other as friends who can relate to the crazy world of modeling that they now are a part of.

Liz Kennedy and Olivia Hamilton are two of our fastest rising new faces, and they are also best friends.  We scouted Olivia in Colorado and Liz in Minnesota, and now these two friends are going all over the world together.  We love seeing their pics because it helps us see that they are not only surviving in the industry, they are thriving together.  Having someone by your side that understands the highs and lows of the job is priceless, and we are so glad that these friends have each other.

New Pics of Ashland

Yesterday we posted about test shoots, and the importance of them.  While that is fresh in your memory, here are some of Ashland Wendlandt's latest pics.  She recently had a shoot with fashion photographer Alejandro Poveda in New York City.  These pictures are a little bit more character-driven of Ashland, and it is fun to see her fun personality peeking through in some of these.  

New Pics of Alisha Judge

Sometimes we get complaints from models about doing test shoots, just like we do when we ask models to do polaroids.  Models shouldn't have to do test shoots as frequently as they do polaroids (not even close to that often), but every once in a while even our models who work the most do a test shoot for some fresh new images.  Alisha Judge is a good example of this.  If you follow the blog, (or click here) you can see how busy Alisha has been lately.  This does not exempt her from doing a test shoot, and we are so glad she did!  These images from her shoot with photographer Taylor Tupy are something special.  These pictures look timeless, she is the main focal point, and she looks beautiful.  This is a test shoot done very well, and we are loving it!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Hye Park for H&M

For today's Major Moment Monday, we are throwing it back all the way to 2007!  When Hye Rim Park landed this H&M advertising campaign, it was a huge accomplishment.  Sharing the campaign with supermodel Erin Wasson made this an even bigger coup, it was monumental for Hye who's career was just starting to take off.  We discovered Hye when she was a college student in Utah, and then she went on to become one of the most successful models we have ever discovered, developed and managed.
