Health Tip: Drinking Water with Lemon

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas yesterday, and if you don't celebrate Christmas we hope you had a great day off.  We get asked by our models all the time what the best ways are to lose weight, or gain muscle tone, and how to be overall more healthy.  We are HUGE proponents of not being a slave to your scale, but to creating healthy habits that will help you achieve your individual ideal body.  We constantly warn our models about the dangers of crash diets, and that there is no easy shortcut.  At Pulse Management we have decided that we will periodically post health and lifestyle tips when we think they can benefit our models and readers.

We came across THIS ARTICLE about starting the day with a glass of warm water with lemon. We have heard that this is helpful, but we liked this article because it itemized why this is good for your body.  After all of my holiday eating, starting the morning off with a cup of water lemon sounds like the perfect thing to do! Now if only we can convince Stacey Eastman (Pulse Management President) to switch this out for his Red Bull...
