Sophie Skloss on the Cover of Red Thread Magazine

We have a feeling that being on the cover of the inaugural issue of Red Thread Journal is going to be one the highlights of Sophia Skloss' holiday season! Red Thread Journal is a bi-annual British fashion magazine, so it is definitely notable that out of their two covers they will have in a year they selected Sophia to be on the cover of one. 

Sophia's birthday was on Sunday, and we are always impressed by her maturity and composure that is well-beyond her years. In the past year she worked with designers and labels like Burberry, Delpozo, Phillip Lim, Zac Posen, Rodarte, and the list goes on and on! We are looking forward to seeing what the new year brings for this beauty.

Madison Moehling and Hazel Eakman COVER Haunted Mag

Well we have to say that December is off to an incredible start! This photo from the COVER of Haunted Mag's Fall 2015 issue is doubly amazing because it features two of our models. Madison Moehling and Hazel Eakman are smoldering in this photo, and it is so exciting that they get to share this cover together. The photo was shot by Ali Daniel Flores, styled by Eduardo Romo, hair by Sheri Pinto, and the makeup was done by Christyna Kay. 

A model's first magazine cover is a major feat, and we are so proud of both of our girls for their big moment. 

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Liz Kennedy on the Cover of French Revue de Modes

Some major congratulations are in order for our model Liz Kennedy.  She is perfection on the cover of French Revue de Modes issue for Fall/Winter 2015-16.  This is Liz's first magazine cover, and it is a major modeling coup to be on the cover of French.  Models like Cindy Crawford, Coco Rocha, Behati Prinsloo, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Pulse Management discoveries Hannah Holman (two separate times), Ali Stephens (three times), and Hye Rim Park (one time) have all been on the cover of this magazine.  French Revue de Modes is known for choosing models before they become household names, and they are viewed by many as a predictor of the next crop of major models.  

We are not surprised to see Liz on this prestigious cover, we have always thought of her being on the covers of magazines as an eventuality.  That doesn't mean that we aren't over the moon excited for her though! It is so fulfilling to see a model that we scouted, developed and now manage achieving success.  Liz, you look amazing, and this is the first of many covers we will see you on!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Tori Praver Covers Elle Magazine THREE TIMES

For today's Major Moment Monday we are highlighting Tori Praver's THREE covers of Elle Italia.  Getting a cover of a magazine is exciting, but can you imagine landing three covers of not just any magazine, of an Elle Magazine?  This was and still is huge, and we are excited all over again just writing about it. Below are some of the photos from the accompanying editorials from these cover shoots.

We discovered Tori in Hawaii and then launched her modeling career.  She has gone on to become not only one of our most successful models, but she is a swimwear designer, and a wife and mother.  It's hard to imagine what she would be up to now if we never scouted her, but we are so glad we did!

Gia Whited on Her First Cover!

Do you all remember Gia?  She is one of our newer models, and she just experienced one of the more exciting things that happens to any model, she landed her first magazine cover.  Gia (and her hair) look amazing on the cover of American Salon magazine.  Way to go Gia, we have a feeling this is just the first of many magazine covers for you!

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Hannah's Big Cover

Hopefully today's post changes your opinion about the having the Monday blues.  For Major Moment Monday we are going back to the Fall/Winter 2013 of I Love Fake Magazine, when our girl Hannah Holman not only had an 8 page editorial, but she was on the cover! I Love Fake is a fashion magazine that is based in London, and they are known for having a very keen fashion eye. Case in point, we're pretty sure this is the only time we've seen Hannah with blue hair in a magazine.  Click here to see the rest of the photos from the editorial. Ali Stephens for Mojeh Magazine

It has been awhile since we have posted about Ali Stephens.  We discovered Ali, launched her career, and we continue to be impressed by the success Ali has earned.  Ali lives in her native state of Utah, with her husband, but because of the career she has and the jobs she has done in the past she gets flown out to jobs she is requested for.  Not a bad way to live!

These pictures are from the cover of the Sept/Oct 2013 issue of Mojeh Magazine, and the accompanying editorial found inside the magazine.  Ali looks as amazing as ever, and looking through these pictures we are so proud of this model that we plucked from the mall in Utah and introduced to the world.

MAJOR MOMENT MONDAY: Modeling Rites of Passage

When you are a model there are many milestones that you hopefully encounter throughout your career.  A few of these are signing with an agency, the first time you travel for a job, your first photo shoot, first fashion show, etc.  Three of our models recently experienced some exciting milestones, and we wanted to take a moment to congratulate them.  Natalie Keyser had the experience of seeing her magazine cover for La Costa magazine end up on a billboard.  It must be surreal to see a photograph of yourself blown up that large on the side of the road.

Sophia Skloss also had a milestone, when she saw herself in a magazine editorial while working in Asia.  I don't know if a model ever tires of seeing the finished product of her work in print.  

Lastly, Pulse Management model Karsyn Bartruff's mom was at the airport and she saw her daughter's photo looking up at her on the cover of Elle Magazine.  I can only imagine how exciting that was!

We love seeing these models (and their mom's) dream coming true, and seeing the results from their hard work.  Congrats ladies, we are so proud to be a part of your amazing careers.

Sophia Skloss COVERS Japanese Magazine

Sophia Skloss has been working in Tokyo, as you may remember from these posts.  We are so proud of her for landing the cover of Visuarize Magazine's first issue.  We love the art direction and styling of the editorial she is in.  It is perfectly fall, and Sophia looks amazing.  Turns out, Tokyo was a perfect place to send this up and coming model.  Keep up the good work Sophia, we are so proud of you!

Natalie Keyser Covers Nu Mode Magazine

We are overdue sharing these amazing pictures of Natalie Keyser with you.  They are from the cover and accompanying editorial with Nu Mode Magazine's January 2014 issue. This shoot was on one of her trips to New York.  We are excited anytime our models end up booking a magazine cover, but this one is especially notable because Natalie is continuing her streak of just incredible work.  The variations of looks in just this editorial alone really showcases her range as a model.  From being pretty and innocent looking to possessed and demonic in just one shoot in not an easy feat.  We keep saying that Natalie is getting better and better as a model, and this editorial just proves our point.

Pulse Mgmt Throwback Thursday: Guess Who?

Hey everyone, it's Thursday again, meaning it is time for another Pulse Management TBT! Amanda Chamberlain COVERS City & Shore Magazine

How have we not shared this gorgeous cover of Amanda Chamberlain yet?  This magazine cover is from the April 2014 issue of City & Shore Magazine, and it is just downright pretty! Amanda is originally from Utah, but she has been working in Miami for a while, and judging from this cover, Miami is a great fit for her.  These photos were all taken by Courtney Rodwell, and they capture the essence of Miami perfectly. Congrats on your cover and editorial Amanda, it is definitely something to be proud of.

Natalie on the Cover of Haunted Magazine

Another day, another magazine cover for Pulse Management's Natalie Keyser.  We are thinking that having Natalie take a modeling trip to Mexico City was one of the best things we've done in a while.  She has had plenty of success down there, and she loves it so much she is considering extending her trip indefinitely. This cover for Mexico-based Haunted magazine is sublime! Natalie, you are one of the most amazing people we know, and the fact that you are looking this amazing in your photos is just the icing on the cake.  You are really coming into your own, and it is a pleasure to witness.  We love you girl!
