Nichole Martinez was recently featured in this article in WWD as part of their recurring Model Call column. WWD uses this column to showcase some up and coming models and we are thrilled that Nichole was one of them. We discovered Nichole in her home state of Colorado, and now she is making a name for herself in the New York fashion industry.
We are cracking up at her saying that she originally thought the attention for getting scouted was "creepy", but we are glad that she decided to pursue modeling anyway! She also talks about reasons why she or her parents thought she shouldn't start modeling, but her desire to try it outweighed them. There will always be reasons why you shouldn't do something, but sometimes you just have to follow your dreams, no matter how intimidating or unobtainable they may seem. Nothing ventured is nothing gained, and we are so glad we were able to help Nichole enter the modeling world.
